26 Jul Q&A Session July 2019
Question: I recently bought the Zheta V2 for my son as he was having problems getting to sleep. In the early weeks he reported an improvement in the quality of his sleep and I thought it was interesting to note his comments as he said that rather than ‘knock him out’ – which he had expected – he felt calmer and more centred.
When the usual stream of unwanted thoughts started emerging he was easily able to distance himself from them rather than get caught up in them. However he recently complained that he has started to feel an unusual vibration at times coursing through him and he was wondering whether that is normal?
Answer: First of all I am delighted that the Zheta V2 has helped improve the quality of your son’s sleep. I realise that people have different expectations of how it will work and it does not act like a traditional sleeping pill, instead it balances the body’s electromagnetic field and stabilises the body’s nervous system.
This is why he will be aware of a shifting in his emotional state and a reduction of stress which in turn helps induce a more replenishing sleep pattern. The vibrations you mention are normal and occur occasionally when the left and right hemispheres of the brain are re-aligning. Tell him to relax, focus on his breath and the sensation will soon pass.
